HOT CHILE JAMS

Here in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains, I grow many different types of chiles in the Garden of Eat'n.
My garden is inspected and certified annually by the Calaveras County Agriculture Department.

The mildest variety is RED CHILE JAM; made from Ripe Red Guero Chiles, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar and Pectin.

GUERO CHILE JAM is made from the Green Guero Chile, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar and Pectin.

Sort of middle-of-the-road is JALAPENO JAM; made from Jalapeno Chiles, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar and Pectin.
I make both GREEN and RED!
Currently Available
3 Red & 21 Green

Something a little different is SERRANO CHILE JAM; made from Serrano Chiles, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar and Pectin. It is hotter than the Japapeno Jam and has that great Serrano Chile flavor.

A really peachy jam with a fruity/smoky habanero after-bite.

You can melt this jam, combine with a little olive oil, and use as a baste for chicken, pork or salmon - absolutely delicious!

An interesting combination that is good as a spread or a baste.
Made from locally grown peaches, my own rosemary, sugar and pectin.

PINEAPPLE JAM
I always make Pineapple-Apricot Jam and to make a plain Pineapple Jam was an excellent suggestion from a customer.
